Can you explain how it was hidden then?

It’s funny, I actually got started in a market not so different from Wynne..small-town flavor, fewer big-name franchises, but a lot of hidden gems if you know where to poke around.

Put some things into perspective and gave me some good gems that could help make this easier to obtain.

Some things come up that might be hidden which could be piping that needs to be changed out under a raised foundation or something like that for example. 

A town in Illinois doesn't have any hidden costs just by it being in Illinois.

They like to keep their algorithm hidden.

just think about all the diamonds and other gems  . 

I networking with investor-friendly agents and wholesalers is a game changer, especially for finding those hidden deals like pocket listings or off-market deals.

I’m looking to get started at using my people and negotiation skills in the market fully, I’m hunting for properties in the UK that can be hidden gems or fixer uppers, with a keen eye for architecture and a clear understanding of value and use I’m thoroughly analysing websites and in person sites for good deals.

There are gems to be found on MLS too. and yes you can wholesale on market deals.
