I went and had my picture taken for a professional head shot last week but I'm still waiting on the photos to be developed.

Lots of good advice in the thread.For your online profile, use a headshot which is a very clear short of just you.

That said it doesn't have to be brand new and clad with hand-scraped wood floors and italian marble - it SHOULD however show great attention to detail and exude pride of ownership.

LolWe inherited some tenants from our building and I totally understand the entitlement vibe these tenants can exude :/ Sam, sometimes in life we win some and we lose some.

What I am trying to exude is the fact that, in my backyard, I am familiar with the deals that in place.

The photographer side in me says that your BP profile photo is a better head shot.

Sometimes there is very little diplomacy involved when I talk with folks that are upset or yelling or just exuding drama.  

Those are intangible qualities about you, and those are the things he is once again hoping to see.So when you walk into the meeting, exuding drive and enthusiasm, they'll be impressed once again.

I've received other exudes as well.
