I do collect all of these details, email addresses and phone numbers, and have quite a database that also needs harvesting and communication as you indicated but I think this is just a small piece of a much greater marketing plan.  

There is some harvestable timber, but my neighbor had removed some of that before so I don't think it's worth a ton.

For example, if you own any stocks that have lost value you can do loss harvesting. 

There will be free food, a cash bar and an auction to raise money for Harvesters. 

I recently used Harvesters Federal Credit Union on a land purchase loan and they were quite helpful.

If you don't want anything in rural Madison County near the TN line and east of Harvest, then you won't even look at any parcel that has a county locator number of "01"

Another reason it’s a bad option for syndicator when working with these types of crowdfunding sites is that you don’t get to harvest the investor list for repeat business.
