The owner had her own listing set up on VRBO and has given me the username/PW to be logged in and responding to inquiries and managing guest communications.

They paid their portion of the rent.I have found a lot of investors bring their personal or political feelings into the investing conversation. 

The fee for this service is basically passed down to the guest one way or another.

If you want to scale then you’ll need systems and processes so that you don’t feel so overwhelmed.

Seems to be decent on Airbnb with the guest house/ADU units with all the hospitals nearby.

Guests rule and get away with murder.Right now we have about 75% of our 2025 bookings through VRBO.

I can’t keep looking for properties that will cashflow because I feel like I’m wasting my time at this point.

The sheet set was a $90.00 purchase made exactly 8 weeks before the guest ruined it.

I would still want water changed as a guest.
