I noticed at a duplex I looked that the adjacent neighbor has pit bulls.It is pretty clearly a responsible owner - the dogs look well groomed and healthy, and the owner actually enters them in competitive dog shows. 

I would suggest grooming one of your kids, nieces/nephews, cousins to help.

I feel that having access to short term rentals for brides/bridesmaids/grooms/families is a whole other area that we can grow into. 

From there I'd post some "you're on camera" signs but not install cameras.Basically you want to steal some moves from "The Art of War" and beat  your enemy before they start their attack.Also make sure the property stays litter free and groomed.

It can be very difficult to visualize sometimes and believe you can especially from most of society grooming you that you “can’t” or “come back to reality” or “let’s get back to work” for years and years…The power of the mind is a paramount tool to our individual success and everyone is likely always thinking too small for what we are ACTUALLY capable of…A very large impact way to really be able to open your mind and grow at a much more accelerated rate is to be around the folks that are always doing these things, and have already achieved what you want to achieve.

Unless you have a strong brand (think Killington, Glen Abbey, Mount Ste-Anne) you are not likely to make fist fulls of money during your traditional season.Many golf courses now include fitness centres that run year round and some groom for cross country skiing in the winter.
