Hi @Jessica Ponder, where are you moving to when you are coming to Spain?

I am currently pondering between three options.1.

@Jack Forester great question. pondering along the same lines myself as far as escrowing the rehab money.

I could just not allow myself to spend the $1000 to join into the "girl click" that she has established. 

I'm pondering renting the other bedroom. 

No plans to move as this is where we want to raise our girls. 

You can build a little bit of cash to get going.You could also try to negotiate seller financing deals.Finally your girl could house hack a multi to save you guys money on rent which will allow you to paydown debt.
