I use CharGPT to help with descriptions and in finding some comps before I list.

Consider strategies like rental properties, BRRRR method, flipping for capital gains, multifamily properties, mobile home parks, Section 8 housing, geographic diversification, and building a team.

In hindsight, this made sense as their responsiveness, listing quality (photos, description), and understanding of market rates were subpar.
