Change of person, change of gender, change of attitude, all goes together.

It's legal to make up your own house rules as long as the rules are uniform and not related to any age, race, gender, religion  etc....

But as you know you can't legally target  based on age race and gender but by including a fee for lawn care its seems to weed out the younger crowd because they all say.."

geographically, demographically, amount of household income, gender, stereotype. you must clearly define what you hope to achieve.

Anyone can do this regardless of gender.

Oh as for that gender thing, baby that's long gone, and everyone is interested in making money in business, and just tell yourself you can do it, take some risk to be who you want to be.

Regardless of their race, ethnicity, creed, gender, sexual orientation, country of origin, profession, eye color or favorite flavor of ice cream. 

I want someone around my age so that we will get along and preferably someone the same gender as I am.
