@Joe Vang - Ideally you want any future bookings funneling through your account and not the sellers, for reasons such as insurance, liability, etc.

@Ka Vang everyone investor is different, but the typical metric is 70% of ARV and then subtract repairs from that price. 

@Pafoua Vang Xiong From a quick numbers prospective this could be a grandslam flip but from an experienced investor prospective I question your numbers.
