I grew up going to Bruins games with my grandfather when I was younger and would visit.

During this last cycle it’s been a game of musical chairs, sponsors have been able to raise rents and flip deals quickly to the next buyer because of an insatiable demand and an abundance of capital.

Real estate is a long game :)Food for thought, especially with a family.  

We won't lend without some skin in the game.

I have made up my mind that I want to be in the real estate game.

I have yet to do a 1031 exchange or a cost segregation study (I'd like to see how this plays out long term when selling or doing a 1031 exchange into a different property) or expense business travel/mastermind/classes. 

Its a great way to get yourself into the RE investing game.
