I agree with the comments above.Most important is a fully furnished, comfortable property with the basic amenities: coffee, teas, functional kitchen (all utensils, spices, cooking and baking, etc.)

Airbnb and Furnished Finder has been our go-to in the Denver market.

Furnished finder we were only able to find a few which is what brought us here to ask.

Either way, you would be left with roughly enough to put 10% down on a $400-600K property and still have cash leftover for closing costs, furnishings and minor touch up renovations.
