I don't know of a way to avoid that if that's the data format they want to use. 

I have started making videos of the current flip I'm working on, but I know very little about how to format the video correctly to upload it to YouTube.

It passed muster upon close inspection from their entity formation team.

We never imagined we’d be having to much fun growing together in a mastermind format and helping other succeed.

Just have formation docs written as "last man standing" gets it all.

I am usually against house hacking cause it's really detrimental for family formations, but again read the pre-req to house hacking.

The entity formation rules will definetaly be different for each state.  

Also, the state of formation is likely where internal disputes would be brought among LLC members, so if you and a partner and/or spouse live in CA, you probably want to arbitrate in CA if the two of you had a disagreement.

Basically, it's his 3-day, in-person teaching put into an online format with mentorship from Scott and group connections, so we'll see...
