To me, this meant longer vacancies between tenants to find a qualified tenant.  

Most out of states deals end up looking like an IRA, decent returns, safe but meant for very long term to get anywhere.  

I didn’t earn significant income until my late 20s, which meant losing nearly a few years of wealth-building potential.

If that isn't what you meant to say, you really needed to elaborate and say something more coherent.

Patrick, not sure if you meant this or not, and don't mean to be redundant, but you could create a video tour and just sent the prospective tenant the link.

Here I was beginning to think I was the crazy one.When you said you were going to address those issues, I had no idea you meant in detail like that.

I was looking to figure out what that meant when looking at the IRS tax information - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i8996.pdf.  

So when I say 'grow the quickest', I meant within 10-15 years.
