The goal with this is to really test it so you are crystal clear on the number of calls you get and the flavor of those calls. 

Really two flavors. 1) Someone that has the largest HELOC they can get to use as unemployment insurance. 2) someone has the largest HELOC they can get and peg it from day one. 

Not getting my hopes up about learning anything ...and fully prepared to have lots of people trying to sell me different flavors of snake oil.   

Not to hijack the thread but I see newbie mistakes of a different flavor in my high appreciation market .

I love how Real Estate has so many different "flavors" and each person can tailor RE investing to suit their lifestyle.

You will get numerous different flavors of mold but this one will be right up there.
