Once you have the desired amount of business credit for the downpayment and have activated the cards, upload the card(s) that you'll be using to Plastiq, ( preferably Visa for real estate from what I'm told ).

@Bruce Woodruff it's a free country, so you can do anything you want.On the other hand, many people jump to conclusions without all the facts and often don't process facts correctly.My manager's brother-in-law belongs to a very exclusive country club - they've host PGA events regularly.They approached our management company about potential rentals that their DOCUMENTED temporary H-1B visa workers could use - with multiple workers staying in the property for the  summer.We couldn't find an owner willing to agree to a short-term lease at an acceptable price.So, how accurate are your assumptions with the limited data posted?

Hi all,I am on a H1b visa W2 income.

TK operators and landlords loved the idea but did not work for them vis a vi income and paying the claims. 

They charge you 2.5% or less depending on the card you use (amex vs visa).

@Alex NgCapital one, visa, Mastercard and American Express have had success doing it.

My fiancée and I purchased a small starter home (2 Bed-2 Bath New Construction)  approximately a year ago using an FHA loan.

Also, my fiance's visa is moving right along and we are now looking to sell our English school.
