I plan to hoard on cash, wait for the market to crash, overcome my fear of global warming, re-enter the Jacksonville market with the help and guidance from those awesome people.

VS Real Estate, nobody controls or makes a forced sale of your assets because there "fearful" what may happen.

They are suffering from their own stupidity, being "over-leveraged", and the investor from greed/fear inducing a good old fashioned Bank RUN on them, which they don't of course have the funds to pay out without bankrupting themselves.

So I will keep to me C4D's that get the job done, legally, well received, no DOS fears, just a dang good tool for the job right. 

The idea of a bunch of top bank execs sitting in a boardroom discussing policy, and making their decision out of fear of backlash from a handful of people in a Facebook group or a theoretical future blurb in the news, is ridiculous. 

They could be afraid that you do not understand the community and soon as you step foot in, you tremble in fear and back out.

While real estate investments come with their own risks, it may be one of the best options for those looking for a safe haven against fears of socialism.

I recall reading in Forbes that major foundation fixes can add surprising value, becuase it addresses the single biggest fear buyers have.. a shaky structure.From my three decades in fix-and-flips, Ive noticed how important it is to have a team you trust.. from attorneys who know probate deals to realtors willing to drive for dollars with you, scouting hidden gems.

I fear this is going to start developing in Michigan as we are a Democratic state. 

So better to put any fears they have to rest and explain the situation.
