Your PMC is recommending the path of least resistance, because mold claims could be VERY expensive.Also, many insurance companies will NOT cover mold issues.So, call your insurance agent and see if this will be covered or not.At the same time, direct your PMC to get a professional mold test done to determine if there actually is a problem or the tenant is mistaken or exaggerating.

The rental returns are greatly over exaggerated and many monthly Mgmt and other costs are hidden, under quotes or omitted in their promotion.Don’t trust RETA to do your own homework.  

You know the rumor that turnkey companies exaggerate numbers and you never get what was written on initial proposal, this is not the case for me.

This is only exaggerated not that mortgage rates are higher.

Those beating their chest claiming they are drowning in applications either have low criteria or are exaggerating.

People like good stories and all you have to do is watch the news or social media to see that people like to exaggerate or focus on the problems.
