A bit about my situation and motivation for getting into real estate investing...I have a full-time, high paying W2 job as a specialist physician that I generally enjoy but would like to  be able to supplement my income over the next 8-10 years if/when payments decline in medicine.

And after a couple of years if you are enjoying it start to scale bigger or faster or both.  

If you are into positive affirmations, the Miracle Morning, Tony Robbins, etc. then you'll enjoy that aspect. 

My goal is to retire within the next 10 years, and I’m looking to build a strong and sustainable portfolio that will enable me to enjoy my retirement years. 

Most of the time i got cursed out and hung up on, but it didn't bother me one bit, and i actually enjoyed the grind.

I have been at this since 2021 so I am relatively new myself and really enjoyed it.

I don't know, I would keep it, and when you go to MTR you will make more. if you buy something now, your mortgage rate will be higher, get a property manager , saves you the headache, worth the money and enjoy your cash flow.

We'd love to escape the cold Dutch winters and enjoy a warmer climate.When we're not using the property, we plan to rent it out as an Airbnb to generate passive income.
