So, to make sure we all understand you correctly; your saying syndications are awesome and endorse syndications whole heartedly right....

While we appreciate your input, you've presented no logic and we take offense to you implying we endorse lying.

Request the endorsement, this will confirm you were actually added as additional insured.

Given this situation, I would like to inquire if it is possible for the mortgage company to endorse the check, even though it is issued under my personal name.

I can make lender recommendations, but one piece of advice I tend to give is check out the 203k endorsement summary (just google it)HUD each month puts out a list of lenders that have written 203k loans in each market.

You need to make sure you have an additional endorsement on your title insurance if you're transferring title,  and there are insurance agents in raleigh that'll keep your LLC as the proper name on your insurance because that's how all are mine are in Raleigh and Durham. 

A few questions: When they endorsed the check did they sign it "pay to the order of: and then put their name.
