Initially I was hesitant to post this as I'm embarrassed of my failure.

The money is good but when I drive by the property I will admit to being a little embarrassed that I own half of it. 

I'm embarrassed to admit I actually hopped on a plane from San Francisco after work one night last month gleeful at the chance to buy a turnkey for 40k that was worth 50-55k (what Clayton talked to me about as the usual scenario)! 

I've been taught: if you're not a bit embarrassed by your Offer amount - you've Offered too much!

This is literally damaged our standard of living, and is flat out embarrassing.

The issue I'm having, embarrassingly enough, is that I didn't get into this current job making $760 per week until Late March of this year and my previous job income was pathetic making $11 per hour at 37 hours per week.
