That said, as @Henry Clark mentioned, unless you can figure out an elegant solution for drop off/pick up a daycare would be a very challenging business to put in that building.

I was thinking a series LLC might be worth looking into, but Maryland doesn't support them, and I was curious if someone else had a more elegant solution I hadn't thought of.
