If you disagree with something or do not like it instead of using a downvote button to hammer someones numbers (Which some people cherish) You can simply state your thoughts in the open forum without affecting their numbers.

Now this might be controversial and some people may disagree with me (even some of my coworkers here at BiggerPockets may have a different opinion which I completely welcome), but I really don't think you should invest OOS in this current macro environment with less than $100k (down payment + reserves).

I disagree, I had a time when my name and the name on the insurance didn't match and the lender was all over it, regardless of the on-time payments.Your best bet is to refi into a commercial loan that allows the LLC (if you've already purchased the property), or close directly with a commercial loan / DSCR loan.
