I'm considering investing in a long term rental or rental property for digital nomads either in Porto or Lisbon and would like to learn more from someone who is already invested in the market.

My PMLs are people with self-directed IRA who are perfectly fine with 5-year term while earning double-digit returns passively tax-free in their SDIRA. 

While some agents have legitimate pocket listings (like selling between friends or family members), without a presence on major platforms, it's difficult to verify legitimacy.

@John Clark I think the viable path to a presence element is huge.

My CPA also has an investment we got in with double digits returns that we rolled our IRAs into but you could probably put cash into if you would want to live off of it before retirement age.I would never recommend someone stay in a job they hated just for the money.

I think you can model a decent double digit return but how do you transition to actually pulling money out?
