Investing in the US will smooth out some currency volatility if you are in it long enough. 

Create a digital folder for lease agreements and tenant records.

I have made a lot of money in RE (8 digits) and have not purchased in over 2 years.  

We were looking for something in San Jose Del Cabo, because it is a popular destination for digital nomads and remote workers.

If you have substantial (usually means 5 digits or more) donations, tax planning opportunities can get very complex.

We launched HomWork, in 2018, with the intent of acquiring SRO properties that we can remodel and remarket to digital nomads and remote workers.

The north side appreciates fast, we have seen double digit appreciation/rent growth annually.

Most of my travel nurse / medical professional bookings have come from Furnished Finder but the other sites usually appeal to other tenant types like digital nomads, relocating families, etc.  

But please for the love of all that is good, plan your exit strategy with their property management, because that has been a giant dud for me and do not see it getting any better should they continue the hands-off, digital approach to placing & managing tenants.

Homelessness is a big problem in CA but they are also doing more than any other state to address it and homelessness only increased 3% there last year compared to double digits in many other states.
