Whether your statements are true or false, whether we have evidence to support or deny a claim, it will never be something blasted on the internet.

They will be one lease to a room.That being said, the nonprofit will be filling the house based on their need; I will not be screening nor accepting/denying applicants.

However, if you demonstrate that you're abusing FHA loans, such as getting a new loan after six months because you converted the property you just bought into a rental without a reasonable explanation, then you could have issues. 

I am asking because I had just purchased my 1st apartment and was denied (due to a lack of direct  comps in the area (3 bdr 2bth Coop's)) after 2.5 months from my 1st lender!

Because tax knowledge is not sexy, and people would rather spend time on something else.Besides, the Augusta rule is highly overhyped, and people are abusing it.

Tenant tries to deny it but he pulls out the wipes and shows it to them pull from the drain.
