So while the headlines claim that non-accredited investors are going to be "democratized" into having the capacity to invest I think it is unlikely many promoters will use the mechanisms available to present quality deals.

However, the whole point of crowd funding is to democratize capital raising and allow mass volumes of small investors to participate in what was normally left to the private placement clubs.

With the Democrats taking over and the overall social trends, I expect these attacks to intensify and eventually succeed.

I was looking for what I thought were stable and growing emerging economies, democratic politics, strengthening currencies and favorable outlooks.  

Wouldn’t a few hundred dollars upfront be well spent if it meant having a plan that you knew was going to evoke a feeling of beautiful color-story to make your flip memorable in a good way for buyers that’s fresh and NOT 10yrs ago cookie-cutter, not this region or democratic or worst so plain it’s boring.
