I remember when I was in a similar spot, debating whether to leverage my first rental to acquire another property.

It’s a familiar debate, as Californians have faced this choice twice since 2018.Under the 2019 Tenant Protection Act, rent hikes have been capped at 10% per year or lower if inflation rates dictate.

We debate selling it all the time but we know homes in CA usually always increase in value and it is just a waiting game and we can’t sell it right now and make a profit yet.

I will have to debate my colleagues on what they said here, just not today. 

We are just debating to follow through or not!

We’re also debating whether to paint the walls, trim, and ceilings the same color to give them a cohesive feel.

The entire premise of this entire rant is just dumb,  as in stupid, as in no effort of using actual intelligence.Those are 2 entirely different topics.I am not going to argue or debate this boring age-old debate of the ethics of wholesaling much like I am not going to debate whether or not guns are evil. 

Excluding the debate about getting into business with family.  

I’m also debating whether to make it more attractive for renters by doing larger renovations.
