Are you OK with getting wealthy slowly or are you trying to do it as quick as possible?

in order for the few who created the scheme to risk prison, and forfeiture of their resources, just to become even more wealthy... they had to know that there was not going to be any enforcement action taken regarding their criminal actions, or they would never have taken the considerable risks involved. 

I am by no means wealthy. 

I believe that Neal is a very successful capital raiser by virtue of being in the Bay Area with ties to the tech world, so he has tapped a wealthy investor group through his Multifamily meetup and educational content that he provides.I agree with the comments above that as an investor we always must do our own due diligence which can and should take time to be done carefully.

Having lived there a year it is a foreign country and many things are different and culture etc plus you have the native peoples that own huge amounts of real estate and They dont pay income tax and they get food and gas for way cheaper etc etc..

Some of the logistics are fuzzy as we would have to travel there regulary, get to have a great understanding of the cultural differences, build a 'team' of people as there are no Home Depots on every corner, but for about $50k US, you can own a pretty cool place in Italy.Best of luck to you!
