Make sure you interact with them professionally, courteously, timely, high-quality customer service.If you do these things, they will love you for what you provide them, and they will pay you well for it. 

Drivers here are WAAAAY more courteous than Denver drivers (at least that is my experience thus far).  

Sometimes just being pleasant and courteous when on the phone is all it takes to get tenants.

mike's right...i discrimnate agaisnt rude, disrespectul people...this includes people blasting music in their car when they call on my for rent signs...c'mon, if you're not courteous enough to turn down the music in your car for a few minutes, then i don't think you'll be a good neighbor to my tenants

The team I worked with was great and I would do it all over again, they were  professional, courteous, thorough and accurate with what I would expect and when.  

Had "extraordinary courteous usage" by English people. 

Meet with them and conduct yourselves in a professional, courteous manner.
