Now if you want to discuss all the iniquities going on out there, my favorite is about Wills where heirs or claimants to Estates of wealthy and upstanding decedents go to extreme length to forge signatures, force executions of will under duress when someone is ill and dying, well, that's an interesting subject to discuss over a nice glass of drink to contemplate on human nature.

In addition, the 1031 like-kind exchange allows investors to defer taxes when they reinvest the proceeds from the sale of an investment property into another investment property.Plus the withholding 15% tax is refundable once a tax report is produced and the capital gains are submitted to the IRS.I suggest you learn the tax implications both here and where you live of your contemplated investment.

It is clear the client here is better off handling both materials and labor sourcing himself.In some of the states contemplated for the project, the law seems to suggest you can only build anywhere from 1 to 4 number of homes as an unlicensed owner builder during a span of 1 or 2 years (sometimes more) and without a general contractor; so the client in this case is not retaining a general contractor because they have some problem sourcing for materials or labor.
