I suggest putting in at least 4 inches to cap your building and improve energy consumption, At the time of the tear off coordinate renting a blown insulation machine too and you can add insulation from the roof into the attic/crawl space above the ceiling level to avoid interior repairs.

This is similar to, but not the same as, the yield of beans in China, since China is the most populated nation on earth and the yield is much higher, (which is due to the poor air quality in China and why bean consumption is regulated) with the yield or output being much more concentrated over time.And, why hard money lenders usually don't chase tax liens in Texas, nor do they develop lists for investors to purchase with their funds as they rely more on the security interests in a property rather than a UCC filing.

However R/E transactions in the Philippines was always done personally because upon purchase they are subject to consumption tax of 12% if purchased by a corporation (which is stupid).Not sure how valuable this information is to you because I've since wound down the HK company.

The problem persisted, so we pressure tested all the lines in the house (found two leaky valves - under 100 PSI - but nothing to explain the increased water consumption).Then we found the cause - a disgruntled tenant (who was moving at the end of his lease) who would come home in the evening and leave the bathtub spigot running for an extended period of time (another tenant ratted him out as they were tired of all our intrusions while looking for the problem).

(Consumption will depend on how many occupants, etc but CSU will charge you as commercial for 4-plex and they also raise water rates in winter months so I would be surprised if you could keep it to $250 for a 4-plex).
