I just attended the Bigger Pockets Conference and I discovered there were many books you can obtain through the Bigger Pockets website that might help you in your journey.

Being an introvert and trying to help other people navigate a conference is not cringe, it's helpful for those who get overwhelmed by trying to do small talk.I will bark up this tree every day so let's have a regular conversation on Zoom so I can see what you got and everyone else can too.

I'm sure one will chime in here, but I'm pretty sure an LLC is just a pass through entity, so it doesn't confer you any tax benefits.

Keep in contact with the GP team, do the property tours, see if you can sit in on any meetings they have or conference calls. 

Wife and I will be site seeing before the conference.
