Hi @Ramon Cazares Thanks for sharing your thoughts, I haven't highlight the competitors details to the level that you are mentioning here such as are they professionally managed, large or small scale investors.

Even with management software, you still have to run a business and be as good as or better than your competitors.

Offer a product slightly nicer than your competitors and the good tenants will want to live in your buildings while the trash lives in your competitor's building.
