Combined with increasing supply, what could this reasonably do to MF market and syndications near term, ie next 1-2 years? 

This is combines the flipping route and the rental route.

Investing in area you're less familiar with combined with multiday travel can be more costly than spending more in your own market.

Assuming this is the case, and with $2,800 in combined rent (I believe you're looking to buy both at the same time), this is a slam dunk deal IMO!
