I think whenever you are getting advice from someone it's important to always consider the source to identify the incentives that person has to give a certain answer and how it colors their thoughts.

Be sure to use bright colors and strategic placement to your advantage to maximize exposure.Perhaps even more importantly, however, you’ll want to memorize the property’s details to answer any inquiries with an authoritative and confident voice.

But I am at an impasse on what color LVP to use for the floors throughout the unit.

It's oftentimes the small details that get overlooked - light switches, lighting, trims, closet doors, and if applicable fireplace mantel...Also don't forget about picking a harmonious color palette!

So don't let your contractor pick "whatever" color.

Current plan is to rip out the carpet, it's trashed, and replace with LVP (one of the four colors, not sure which is best to choose... see attached image), replace the laminate counter with granite.
