I have worked for five star resorts, mom and pop shops, cheese cake factory.I am using quick books to track whats going on as well as spread sheets for day to day and week to week. we have been open only a month and am finding that not very many people interested in month old baby.

It’s the small things—every potato peeler, cheese grater, curtain, painting, throw blanket, Qtip, Bluetooth stereo, wine glass, rug) that makes up a vast majority of money spent, and is the type of item that sets a rental apart.

We all just want to make the cheese. :)   

I will sign up as a customer, employee, loyal follower or whatever ever else is needed because you are making as much cheddar as ANYONE I know and I work with some pretty dam big investors.

The absolute best Cuban sandwich and guava and cheese pastries I've ever had were from the Cuba Bakery on Mount Prospect (recommended to me by a Cuban former coworker).

You can make a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches with it as well.

Everyone is going to tell you to go here, go there, flip a coin, eat some cheese, whatever...

Cash flow is certainly the meat, but depreciation is the cheese.  

I'm looking to connect with other investors in the cheese state and others who have experience investing in the US from overseas.So far it's been a lot of fun learning something new.
