But this is the kind of character I would want all of my business partners to have.  

It's all income driven. 

In my experience as an agent (and long before an investor) people who are ROI driven and don't come with a passion for brick and mortar do not succeed in REI. 

Milwaukee has a lot of old neighborhoods, so any form of rehab-driven strategy has plenty of opportunity.

I am a sucker for houses with character/old houses, so I had my eye on it;) How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I have 14 doors and one commercial space and am looking to choose an AI tool to take-away the apprehension of unknows and provide the data and answers that I need to make a data driven decision towards purchase.

I truly believe that how I run my properties and take care of my tenants is a direct reflection of my character and work ethic. 

If you drive in, there is video of your car and front passengers, the license plate scanner records the license plate number and places it in a spreadsheet that is easy to see how many times the vehicle has driven past the first street camera.   

We have driven through Michigan City, Gary and South Bend. 

And it was 100% politics driven.
