In low interest rate times they can look like champions if they buy right but they can also lose it all in turbulent rate times.( I am not talking about this company but in generalities ).

Hello everyone, I recently moved to Lawrence, KS for work and had a few weeks to scope out the town.

Fannie Mae predicts a gradual increase in sales transactions and home listings this year.Indeed, NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun notes there are nearly 6 million more jobs compared to pre-COVID highs.

I was seeing Champions Gate properties grossing $100,000+ but the listings had no reviews whatsoever and calendars had a lot of availability.
