The way I interpret it is, if you as the landlord pull a credit score of the applicant, you must then ask them why it is what it is...seems like this pertains to past evictions and other aspects as well...the ordinance does not clarify what type of 'additional information' and 'history' would categorically allow a landlord to reject a tenant's application

I can set up the rent payments, collect them into easy-to-create bank accounts, and then have the system automatically categorize those payments for my Schedule E at the end of the year because Baselane already knows what each of the payments was.

I agree that each unit does not need to be separated out unless the client specifically needs to see it broken down like that for project tracking.I have had multiple entities in one subscription before and it gets very chaotic if you are categorizing by business (location) as well.
