Just drop a notice on the car a week before doing that.Tenants call you about bs that does not have to do with repairs, charge them $35 for the call.If they call you about their personal life problems, tell them to call someone else, the cops, or you will charge them for the calls.Tenant don't pay rents on time.

I worked this same plan and within 2 years of a chapter 7 (life threatening illness) I had a car, a mortgage on my new home, and a regular credit card again.

Cara (and Stephanie and Amanda for that matter),  I can think of 20 people right now that would love to be in your shoes, which speaks volumes to the asset(s) you have.

It's fortunate that my current job requires that I be in the car a lot.
