Are floors typically installed before or after the cabinets are put in?

The kitchen cabinets, they are two different colors.

There is another family I know who moved from Oregon but they have their own cabinet business.

The other day they rehung a cabinet upside down and with drywall that was one inch back from the rest of the wall.

You don't even want to touch a door or cabinet handle, not to mention corners of the house or bathroom floor.

That's about what my major renovation cost (new electrical, plumbing, new exterior and interior paint) in 2022 but I bought  in-stock cabinet, light fixtures and faucet fixtures myself.
