And just to state again I am aware that selling 1M in bitcoin won’t move the market I just used that as a hypothetical number I don’t want to reveal how much I am selling but it’s much more than that.And just to clarify I am not looking to settle in bitcoin so the volatility of BTC/USD is not an issue I would pay whatever BTC is required to get to the USD value at close.Jerry I get your predicament in using your Bitcoins as collateral as I am also of the same mindset that I would rather hold onto my Bitcoins until the last minute and then transfer them to USD to make a transaction occur as I am bullish on Bitcoin.

I would be surprised if there weren't notices given to both the defaulting End Buyer (You're in default, you must close by X date or we're forfeiting your deposit) as well as the escrow agent (Buyer defaulted, see contract Earnest Money paragraph regarding release) prior to that actually occurring.
