Other than your beef with their attitude about loyalty to existing customers, what do you think Rentec is lacking that Buildium has going for it?

If they sold for less than you offered and that brokerage shows up as the buying and selling agent then you may have a legitimate beef. 

Couldn’t not tell the location but maybe add some brackets and new lumber to beef it back up like a sister joist repair.

For example if the property is $100k and a 5% increase or $5k breaks the deal for you, it may be time to beef up your reserves.

I consider them byproducts of great work. 

They are one of the first ones to apply the term "hack" to every day life.Hack is basically just a clever shortcut in this context.My beef with the term "house hacking" is when people present it as a new idea.

It is designed to protect the innocent and as a byproduct, the guilty get some extra time. 

BTW- I have no beef with COMMERCIAL Realtors as they are a completely different breed or Realtor.

Still hard to find.I would warn you though, so many overpriced "deals" around here are sellers waiting on "california money"  (Out of market players who will accept ridiculously low returns, or no returns, or buy crap neighborhoods with no hope of appreciation).This 10 year run in us real estate is a by product of artificially low interest rates, so we are not sure if it is real!
