I've always wanted a place in Big Bear.

I went hiking in Yellowstone and guess what I brought to protect myself from bears (not a gun). 

It will be a hire rate that market average, but at least it will be principal and interest bearing.

Seems to be a deep cut in price if the market can bear the $695k asking price.

I genuinely asked why you think not being born in the market you invest has any bearing to being successful.Secondly, "Try it yourself" Don't need to.I have a 22 year old student in NYC that is doing it and is successful at it.I had this talk with you before.

The wall between the kitchen and living should be as open as possible (could be load bearing) but the wider that door way the better.
