Its been a couple weeks since returning to BP con, and I feel like its taken about that same amount of time to wade through all my notes, ideas, inspirations, and things i "could do".  

Hope this inspires you to make the leap and jump into the game. 

It’s also inspiring to hear how much your family motivates you—having that “why” is so important!

Your former boss (retired) inspired you how?

Zillow is aweful for nailing a good ARV.

Having Thach as a mentor has been inspiring.  

Everyone can be inspired by their journey.

It’s always inspiring to see someone dive into new territory and come out with such success.

We would typically not do this, but talking to a very experienced property manager friend, they agreed in fact suggested we let them out, this would be the one exception... crazy and aweful situation.3. 

I haven’t felt this inspired since discovering the great adventures of the first rock climbing pioneers.
