Telling you the story to be honest as a bit of a brag but also a little bit of closure I ran away from real estate totally ashamed of what it happened to me.

But would be a shame if selling into this market were the outcome.

Looking back, I'm ashamed of my former self.

The point I'm making is that regardless of any other investments or anything that people have going on, most of them (and probably you) have money that is just sitting in their checking account NOT working full time on saving them interest and paying their houses off - that's a shame to me.
