I found the son on Facebook and sent a quick intro giving my condolences, expressed my interest in purchasing the property, and provided my phone # in case he decides to follow up.I'm in the process of preapproval with a couple lenders, and have reached out to a couple realtors in my area to see which may be a good fit.

We went to Delta Build's office on Monday, left our phone number and was told someone woukd get back to us within 2 days. 4 days have passed and no one has called us back.

I tried to create rapport with the owner over the phone but waited to present my real agenda only in person.   

"Cash flow," he says, "with no phone calls from tenants!"

I would be happy to jump on the phone with you and run through your expectations and see if we can build a relationship and get this next project of yours knocked out.

It would be a lot easier to discuss over the phone haha.

General phone numbers are rarely answered and we are forced to communicate most times via email.The word of the day is patience.
