This is accomplished with an excellent team around you including an investor friendly Realtor who ideally is an investor themselves, property inspector, property manager, insurance agent, and asset protection and business attorney.

If you don't want to swing from one headache to the next, I would recommend that whatever rentals you purchase, come with existing management in place that has already proven to accomplish excellent numbers.

@Shaheen AhmedI don't know the Ohio markets as well as I know Pennsylvania but (1) taxes can vary widely among counties, cities, municipalities, etc. and (2) the problem right now is that interest rates are so high (although taxes and insurance increasing certainly doesn't help.)What are you trying to accomplish?
