Hi BP family,I recently had two small multi families  (40 units and 10 units) under contract in the home of the PGA Masters tournament with owner financing and tons of value add. 

For months the tournament association and its 953 volunteers had been grappling with the costs of canceling versus going forward with uncertain plans.

That means sports tournaments, events, weddings, etc. are all being relocated to our state.

I don't have to look.I know what spring prices look like vs winter.The main variables for me are events like a fishing tournament that drive demand.

We have a house on Lake Hartwell that does very well.It is two hours or less from Atlanta, GA Airport or Charlotte, NC.It is also about an hour away from GSP airport in Greer, SC.It is close to Clemson University so you can rent for fall football games, University related events and Graduation.There are major fishing tournaments on Lake Hartwell.Close to I-85.There are several marinas and restaurants on the lake.Lake Hartwell borders GA and SC. 1000 miles of shoreline.

It sill be available again for short term rentals during the tennis tournament and Coachella music festivals next year should things get back to normal.

Sorry I missed this last meeting guys, my son broke his collar bone in his hockey tournament and had some aggravations with it and wife was out of town.
