@Eamonn McElroy, how come those junior field agents never enjoy a nice cup of soothing herbal tea?!

I really have a big passion to become a real estate investor and that is my true plan but I don’t have any experience or enough knowledge in the area except the informations that I got from the books tha i have been reading and videos I‘ve been watching to educate my self and also I don’t have cash to invest I was thinking to start by wholesaling and I also tried to but know am thinking that I need to take time to learn and get more experience instead of just jump into it So, what came to my mind was becoming a real estate agent( b/c if I become a RE agent I will get the chance to work with a licensed broker w/h helps me to learn a lot) so I meat a local brokerage firm here in NY thanK fully they let me Work As an Office Accistant until I get my License and Know am workIng There as office accistant 2 Days a Week and Working Somewhere else as well(to pay my bills) and taking my course onlineSo do you think this is the right strategy?

Yes the administration part of things i have learned is to let a thai staff handle it easiest that way haha!

Thai right here is why investors get a bad name.

Looking for someone tha is very connected with the area and access to of market properties.

All her balls were kept in the air constantly and she never missed a beat. 

Some of it very germane some of it passe' or not really legal anymore in certain venues.Its like many things RE no different you need to put in your apprenticeship .. the idea that you can go from zero to making 20 to 50k a month flipping houses well that's just not reality but.. the idea you can go from zero to 20k a month in residual income selling Herbal life well thanks not reality either for most of us.For me RE was a process..

My hobbies are training muay thai and fitness.

I would be looking to invest in either metropolitan area as well as Bangkok, Thailand as I am of Thai heritage and have ties to that area as well.Currently, I have a good full-time job that pays a solid amount but have never aspired to climb up the corporate ladder.
